Need to make a change to your subscription? Whether it's swapping bikes or adjusting something about your account, your dealer is the place to start.
Swapping your bike
If you want to switch to a different model, contact your dealer. They'll check availability and coordinate the swap. Your billing adjusts automatically if the new bike has a different rate. See Swapping Your Bike for the full details.
Other changes
For any other changes to your subscription β updating your contact info, adjusting your payment method, or anything else β visit the customer portal or reach out to your dealer and they'll take care of it or escalate to Friiway if needed.
