What's Included in Your Subscription

Everything your monthly fee covers — from the bike and lock to maintenance, protection, and roadside assistance.

Every Friiway subscription comes with more than just a bike. Here's the full breakdown of what you get for your monthly fee.

A premium e-bike

You'll ride a high-quality e-bike built for daily use.

A high-quality lock

Every subscription includes a lock to keep your bike secure when you're not riding. Your dealer will show you proper locking technique on pickup day.

Theft and damage protection

If your bike is stolen or damaged, you're responsible for a maximum of $500 — not the full value of the bike. For details on how claims work, see Theft & Damage Protection Overview.

Maintenance for normal wear and tear

Routine maintenance and repairs for normal wear and tear are handled by your local dealer at no extra cost. That includes things like brake adjustments, tire replacement, chain and drivetrain wear, and tune-ups. For more, see What's Covered Under Maintenance.

Roadside assistance

In the unlikely event your bike breaks down or you get a flat away from home and can't ride, roadside assistance is included with your subscription. See Roadside Assistance for how to use this benefit.

Purchase credit

A portion of what you pay in subscription fees can be applied toward buying a new e-bike from your dealer. It's a built-in path from subscribing to owning — when and if you're ready. See The Buyout Option for details.

Bike setup and optional accessories

After you place your order, we'll ask you about your riding needs through our new subscriber form. Your dealer uses that information to recommend and install accessories for your bike — things like Thule child seats for longtail cargo bikes, panniers, baskets, and more. Optional accessories are included at no additional cost and are selected to work with your specific bike model. What's NOT included

A few things you'll want to sort out on your own:

  • Helmet — Many dealers sell helmets in-store.

  • Personal gear — gloves, rain gear, reflective clothing, etc.
