How Friiway Works

Getting started is simple. Here's what the process looks like from start to ride.

Browse available e-bikes on friiway.com or head to your local Friiway retailer to see them in person. We always recommend a test ride — it's the best way to find the bike that fits your life. Your dealer's team can walk you through the options and help you decide.

Friiway subscriptions are month-to-month — no long-term contracts. Your subscription includes everything you need: maintenance, theft and damage protection, roadside assistance, and a high-quality lock. You pay for your first month at sign-up, and there's a two-month minimum to get started. After that, you can cancel anytime. For more detail, see Subscription Plans Overview.

Once you've chosen your bike and plan, your local Friiway retailer gets to work. They'll recommend and install accessories based on how you plan to ride — whether that's commuting to work, hauling kids and groceries, or weekend exploring. The bike is tuned, fitted, and ready to go before you pick it up.

This is the fun part. Head to your dealer to pick up your bike. The shop team will give you a full walkthrough — how the pedal assist works, how to charge the battery, how to use your lock, and anything else you need to feel confident on your first ride. Ask all the questions you want; they're there to make sure you're set.

Your billing cycle starts the day you pick up your bike.

You ride. That's it. Your dealer handles maintenance for normal wear and tear at no extra cost. If you want to swap to a different bike, you can. If you decide you want to buy, a portion of what you've paid can go toward a new e-bike from your dealer. And if it's not for you, you can cancel anytime after your minimum commitment.
