Friiway is available exclusively through authorized local bike retailers — we don't ship bikes directly to your door. That's by design. Your local dealer is a core part of the Friiway experience, handling everything from test rides and bike setup to ongoing maintenance and service.

A note on corporate and partner programs: Some customers enroll through corporate mobility programs, employer benefit partnerships, or similar arrangements where Friiway manages the relationship directly. Why local dealers?
E-bikes aren't like ordering headphones online. They need to be properly fitted, set up with the right accessories for how you ride, and maintained by mechanics who know the bike inside and out. Your Friiway dealer does all of that. They're your local e-bike partner for the life of your subscription — and if you eventually decide to buy, they're the ones who make that happen too.
