Month-to-month, no contracts
Every Friiway subscription is month-to-month. Just a straightforward monthly fee for as long as you want to ride. There's a two-month minimum to get started, and after that you can cancel anytime.
How pricing works
Your monthly rate depends on the bike you choose. You can see pricing for each bike on friiway.com or ask your local dealer.
The monthly fee is all-in. There are no separate charges for maintenance, insurance, your lock or specified optional accessories — it's all bundled into one price. For a full breakdown of what's included, see What's Included in Your Subscription.
When you pay
You pay for your first month at the time of sign-up. Your billing cycle starts the day you pick up your bike from your dealer, and you're billed monthly from that date. For more on billing, see How Billing Works.
What about buying?
If you fall in love with your bike (or e-bikes in general), a portion of what you've paid in subscription fees can be applied toward purchasing a new e-bike from your dealer. You can also request a buyout quote for the specific bike you've been riding at any time. For details, see The Buyout Option.
