24/7 Roadside Assistance

Friiway includes roadside assistance through Better World Club. Here's the number to call, what to say, and what's covered.

When you need help on the road

If you're out riding and your bike is disabled — a flat, a mechanical failure, anything that leaves you stranded — call Better World Club at (877) 552-3744. Roadside assistance is included in your Friiway subscription.

Save the number in your phone now. The few seconds it takes today will save you stress later.

What to tell the dispatcher

When you reach Better World Club:

  1. Identify yourself as being with Friiway or Friiway Bikes.

  2. Provide your name and phone number.

  3. Tell them which bike you're riding (e.g., "Riese & Müller Tinker").

  4. Give them your pickup address.

  5. Tell them where you want the bike taken — your shop, your home, or another location of your choice.

The dispatcher will move quickly once you call. Having those details ready up front means less back-and-forth.

What's covered (and what's not)

Each Friiway subscription includes up to two roadside assistance calls per year through Better World Club. They provide transportation only — they'll tow your bike from where you are to wherever you ask, but they don't repair the bike on the spot. Plan to take the bike in for service afterward.

If you need transportation more than 30 miles, the additional mileage is charged to you directly at the time of service, payable to BWC.

When to use roadside vs. schedule service

  • Use roadside when your bike is disabled and you can't safely ride or get home — flat tire mid-ride, mechanical failure, dropped chain you can't fix on the side of the trail.

  • Schedule service with your shop when you notice an issue at home or before a ride — worn brake pads, a slow leak, shifting feeling rough. See How to Schedule Service.

The roadside benefit is for emergencies, not routine maintenance.

After the tow

Once Better World Club drops your bike at the location you chose, that's the end of the roadside trip. From there:

  • If you had it dropped at your shop, your shop will service the bike. Reach out to confirm they have it and to schedule the actual repair.

  • If you had it dropped at your home, you'll need to arrange a separate trip to your shop to get the bike serviced — see How to Schedule Service.
